Safeguarding
At Ramsbury School, we aim to provide a safe, supportive and inclusive environment, which secures the well-being and very best outcomes for the children in our care. We have a duty of care to safeguard and promote the well-being of children.
Mrs Rean is our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Mrs Wilson is the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL).
If you are worried about the safety or welfare of any young person at home or at school, please report your concerns to a member of staff. All staff have a responsibility for safeguarding and understand their duty to pass on concerns to the DSL. You can also report your concerns to the Wiltshire Integrated Front Door (IFD) on 0300 456 0108.
If you feel that you need support for your family, please speak to your child’s class teacher or to Mrs Rean. Miss Martin is our ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) and is available to support children struggling with emotions or friendships. There is also support available through the Wiltshire Family Hub.
