The School Council was established in 2002.  It consists of two representatives (one boy and one girl) from each class from Year 2 to Year 6.  The representatives are selected by their peers through a class voting system.  The representatives meet every two weeks to discuss matters that are important to them and their class colleagues.  An agenda and minutes are produced for each meeting.  After each School Council meeting the representatives feedback to the Class Councils.

The School Council has led many important and successful initiatives in the school.  Recently they have set up a sensory garden in a disused sandpit, chosen play equipment for the field and led Healthy Eating and Walk to School initiatives.
