- Please complete this with your
child and then return it to the school office by Friday, before 11.30am .
- Payment must be in advance
for the meals ordered.
- Cheques should be
made payable to Sue Brady Catering Limited.
- If cash is enclosed please place
it in an envelope marked
with your child’s name and class, for the attention of Sue
Brady Catering.
- Please note that the caterer will not accept cheques
below the value of £5.00
- If your child is ill, please
phone Sue Brady on the day on 519200.
- Sue Brady will always provide a vegetarian option.
